How long does it take for SM Entertainment to send a confirmation email?

I’m auditioning for the Global SM Entertainment Auditions in LA, and I sent in my application email to the email address. However, it’s been almost 2 days and I’ve gotten no confirmation email.

Does this mean they don’t want me? How long do they usually take to reply? And can I just send another email application? My dad won’t book anything until I get the email XD. Thanks~!
