What jobs can you get with a law degree with a concentration in human rights and civil liberties?

I’m very interested in human rights and civil liberties, but not sure what types of jobs would be available for that degree. Would it be representing people who feel those rights have been violated and also, what would be the expected pay? Pay’s not that important, but it would be nice to know.
